Fast, secure point-to-point courier service for documents, retail orders, equipment, parts, and time-sensitive items across Colorado’s mountain region. Built for businesses, property managers, and residents who need dependable pickup and drop-off with clear communication and professional handling. Single-stop and multi-stop routes are available.

Primary service area
Eagle County, Summit County, Park County, Pitkin County, and Routt County (Steamboat Springs area). Cross-county routes between these counties are supported when routable by the quote tool or approved at booking.

Billing and quoting
Billing is based on trip distance and service zone, with adjustments for load size/weight, number of stops, and service complexity. The base quote includes one pickup and one drop-off. Multi-stop routing is billed per additional address beyond the first delivery. If your courier quote tool is used, the quote shown is the pre-tax service estimate for the entered route and delivery count.

Operational practice

  1. Pickup confirmation: address details, contact name/number, access notes, and delivery instructions are confirmed before dispatch.

  2. Chain-of-custody handling: items remain secured in-vehicle; delivery is made directly to the recipient or designated drop location.

  3. Proof of delivery: delivery confirmation is provided (timestamp/photo/signature where applicable and permitted).

  4. Communication: status updates are provided for pickup, en route, and completion; delays or access issues are communicated immediately.

  5. Multi-stop efficiency: when multiple deliveries are requested, routes are sequenced to reduce total time while meeting priority drop-offs.

Limits and requirements
Weight: customer provides item weight to the nearest pound for accurate quoting and safe handling.
Packaging: items must be packaged or otherwise safe to transport; fragile items should be clearly identified.
Prohibited items: illegal items; hazardous materials; live animals; firearms/ammunition; controlled substances; and any item prohibited by law or carrier policy.
Vehicle constraints: service is subject to safe loading limits and available cargo space. Oversize or unusually heavy loads may require refusal or a revised quote.
Access and readiness: items must be ready at pickup time. If the pickup location is closed, inaccessible, or not ready, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled and fees may apply.

Wait time and delays
Courier service is designed for immediate transfer. Excessive delays at pickup/drop-off due to customer/recipient readiness, access, or third-party issues may result in additional charges or a revised quote.

Payment and fees
Payment terms are presented at booking or at quote checkout (pre-pay when enabled). Tolls, parking, or access fees required to complete delivery may be passed through when applicable. Tips are optional.

Additional unbooked passengers will be accepted at the driver’s discretion and additional passenger fees will be added.
